In the case that the courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Ometsey is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Ometsey is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

For international shipping of products, regardless of the value of the order, you will be responsible for the payment of all related taxes and duties. We have no control of this as your package is subject to assessment of duties and taxes imposed by your country’s government. This amount will be usually billed to you by our International courier, DHL or your local tax office. Ometsey is not responsible for payment of theses duties and or taxes. We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed.


For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your workplace. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address and note goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room.

Delivery to a PO Box, AFPO, PMB or Locked Bag is not permitted for security reasons.

Returns & Exchanges


Please note: We do not accept returns on sale and archive items.

You may return, exchange or refund all other items* within 7 days of purchase, for any reason.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed with all original tags attached.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us in original condition.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please immediately contact us at, email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs 14 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Your refund will be credited to the original credit card. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

If you used a gift voucher, you will be issued with a store credit. The amount is automatically added to your Account and will be valid for three months.
